Order processing
Orders are processed within [1-2] working days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message to verify your order before it ships.
Delivery areas
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan, wherever our courier partners operate.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives. Check the parcel in front of the courier before accepting it. If the package is visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us right away.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can follow your parcel.
Failed delivery attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery [2-3] times. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled and returned to us.
Exchange policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you can exchange it under these terms:

- Free return shipping
- No restocking fee
- No final sale items; every product is eligible for exchange
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories and original packaging. To start an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo or short description of the issue.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the parcel and product. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
